Here are my silk paintings, from which you can order panel curtains, roller blinds, room dividers or canvas prints in custom sizes.

Bog landscapes

In the bright morning light, fog llamas glide across the barren landscape. The silence is endless. The opaque ghostly landscape waits with bated breath for the arrival of the sun’s rays. On some of these mornings, standing alone in the middle of a swamp, simple things become clear. Man is a part of nature.

Garden

We all have a garden. Some are large, measured in hectares, others fit in a small flower pot. Always a garden reflects its creator, as a sterile lawn, with well-kept flower beds or freely bohemian. A garden can also be a landscape that we enjoy.

In the path

With a straight back, whistling happily, it’s a joy to be on the road. A few tiny branching paths and smaller bends are overlooked, still on. Until you reach the intersection of four roads, now you have to stop to decide. Choices combined with responsibility make life difficult at times.
This collection is about being on my path, fabrics painted on silk using the hot wax batik painting technique.

Forces and waters

It can be an endless sea, a gurgling stream or a mysteriously shimmering lake. Who goes for a swim, who walks along the water’s edge, who sits on the shore to listen to the waves or look at the reflections of the surface. There is power in water. In our archetypal memory, the frail woman is coming from the spring, carrying the miraculous vessel of the water of life. A woman carrying clean water, a woman carrying new life.
