I have always enjoyed what I do. My work as a lecturer, although in order to present interesting facts and create associations for students during the lectures I also had to study, so that sometimes the nights were too short. In the Classical Radio studio making the “O tempora, o mores” broadcast, although a minute before the broadcast began, my mouth felt dry and there was a tremor in my soul. I have also enjoyed dancing, even this that at the dance competitions the lines between will, capability and skills had to be crossed, so that I felt that there was absolutely no air. But the love of my life, my hobby and work has been silk painting. I have spent 12 950 days in my studio, used 580 litres of paint, 285 brushes, 11 520 metres of silk, drank 69 350 cups of coffee and covered a distance of unknown number of kilometres.
I try to create a whole work with the brush and colour the content of which is formed by the moments of being alive and understanding the world. The process of painting is being on the road. I am sure that if I paint like I feel, the energy of my work will not disappear and the viewer will partake in it.
I want to reach you, viewer, with my works, to inspire you with beautiful blinds in the kitchen, to give you high-spirited ideas in the office and moments of recognitions.
